Here’s everything you need to know to get the most out of your Rebalance experience.


1. How do I pay for my membership or class pack?

Payments are made upfront, covering all sessions and classes in advance. Just a heads-up: all payments are non-refundable. Refunds can't be provided for missed sessions, late cancellations (less than 12 hours for classes, 24 hours for private appointments), or membership or class pack cancellation/termination.
 

2. How do I book my classes and appointments?

Bookings are easy—just hop on the Rebalance website or use the Glofox app! (Rebalance app is coming soon!) Be sure to book classes at least 3 hour in advance and private appointments 24 hours ahead. Walk-ins without bookings can’t be guaranteed a spot.
 

3. What’s the cancellation policy for classes and appointments?

Please cancel classes at least 12 hours before the start time and private appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged and to allow your fellow Rebalancers a chance to attend. If Rebalance cancels a session, your credit is saved for the next available slot.
 

4. What if I’m late to a class?

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your spot may go to someone on the waitlist, and the session will be charged as attended. Thank you for your understanding!
 

5. Is there a code of conduct I should follow?

Yes! We’re all about respect and a supportive community. Please treat fellow members, staff, and instructors with kindness and courtesy. Disruptive behavior could lead to membership or class pack cancellation.
 

6. Are there any health and safety requirements?

Your well-being is our priority, so please ensure you’re fit to participate. Share any health concerns in writing before attending. Remember, participation is at your own risk.
 

7. Can I store my belongings at the studio?

Yes, but Rebalance isn’t responsible for any loss or damage. Please keep your belongings secure.
 

8. Can my membership or class pack be suspended or terminated?

Memberships/class packs may be suspended or terminated if terms are violated or at management’s discretion. This does not entitle members to refunds.
 

9. Can I freeze my membership or class pack?

Currently, as we offer only class pack, we don't have the freezing option.
 

10. Will these terms ever change?

Yes, they might! We’ll notify you of significant updates, and by continuing to attend, you agree to the new terms.
 

11. Is there a liability waiver I should be aware of?

By joining us and participating in classes, you accept full responsibility for any risks involved in activities at Rebalance.
